Yes, I did it. Suggestion: name the first version of your program MyApp0001.exe, the next version MyApp0002.exe, etc.; and use a loader program to detect and load the latest version. Thus, you can update the executable without having to throw out all your users. And, if there is a problem with the latest version, the users can go back to the previous versions (while you do the emergency repairs).
