An example might be support@mywebsite.com, where you may have several technicians responsible
for responding to support questions. Instead of the technicians mapping an account in Outlook to
get all the support email, you could provide a URL that opens a webpage containing the Outlook View
and other supporting controls to read and respond to support email.

Or perhaps, a charity organization, or perhaps a folder where a manager posts memos for staff, etc.
