And that's one law (illegally using the mail...) that I wouldn't want to come close to breaking! I've seen reports on the news many times of that charge getting a culprit years and years in jail. It looks more like a nice open-ended 'law of convenience' to me, used typically when all other legal recourse seems fruitless.
