Try Kevin McNeish's book ".Net for VFP Developers", published by Hentzenwerke. It has an overview of both VB.NET and VC#, and comes from a VFP standpoint. Kevin also teaches classes on .NET; check the OakLeaf web site
http://www.oakleafsd.com/.
I'm not sure what is available in your area, but there are a number of VFP user groups that have initiated C# study groups. The one I've been involved with has been extremely helpful.
