I talked another hour on phone with them today and had to give them a training on how and what a Web Service is. Their closest service for that in regards to Web Service is an XML approach where you have to initiate a proper HTTPS connection and parse all that into an XML call to their server. For that, you need to download some documentation and request the proper link to test. Then, they will proceed with a proper registration. So, right now, I have the code ready to test. It's just that I need the secure link before proceeding.
I told them it's one step in the right direction but they should really consider delivering a pure XML Web Service as this is the way to go.
I'll post sample, if workable, as soon as I have more info about it.
