Hi there,

We keep getting this error. Memo file is missing or invalid... and it's the same file each time. At least 3 times in the past 3 weeks or so we have gotten this error. I posted this problem a while back and it is still happening. We have just been replacing the file from a backup location, but we would like to get to the bottom of it.

I was told some of the causes for this could be:

File Bloating (What is this???)
File Size (The fpt file in question is about 55MB, is
that too big?)
File Activity (Please elaborate)
Bad Network Card (Kind of obvious)

I really need some further explanation of these possible causes... or anything else that I might be able to try.

BTW, the version the application + data is in is VFP 5.0 if that helps. Thanks.
