Back to the drawing boards. My contents are longer thatn 254 characters and thus will not fit into the captions of labels. So I'm back to Edit boxes. I Tried using the txtwidth() function to determine the length of the data, but it is formatted with carriage returns so the txtwidth() does not correxpond the how much vertical space it will require.

Is there some way to cause an Edit box to resize automatically to display the current value?

Any suggestions appreciated.
