Of course, and indeed it is accesible for anyone with a regular UT account. You just need to go to the VFP Zone (this is in the More menu), and select the link there. All the VFP related content is accesible from the menu.

PUTM features are just an added service for the people paying a quite low fee that enable us to keep offering all the free services for the community. The favorite Links on the Dashboard is just one of around a hundred PUTM features.

We try to provide the best service to the community for free, and at the same time, provide the best value to our paying customers, providing the highest possible value for that fee.
