The .dll in question is loaded by a third party OCX. It loads normally at most installations. It is the rare situation where it fails to load. Refreshing the .dll file did not help. I was wondering if lack of memory or some other Windows related issue could cause this problem. I guess I am asking for general conditions that might keep .dll files from loading.
