If you are correct, then that explains whey Germany, France, and Russia do not want a regime change in Iraq. It would totally blow away their existing contracts with Iraq for oil that they rely upon. Of course the oil could fund the war, the food, the humanitarian support, the regime change, etc... once those bills are paid, we could turn the 'rest' over to Iraq and the proceeds to start feeding their country and their economy. Hmmmm, what a concept: proceeds from oil go to the country and its economy instead of weapons and castles... Doesn't sound too bad to me afterall I guess.
