It was required reading at my last job. We embarked on team training to assist us supposedly with dealing with change and feeling like we had 'ownership' of the changes that were coming. Nothing like feeling you were responsible for the downsizing! :o)
I have been through so much team training during the last few years that I am ready to work alone and close the windows and doors to cut myself off from the world. There is nothing like 100 mice all running around in different directions accomplishing nothing because everyone has an idea but no one has the authority to make a decision and enforce it...

>Clear enough. I have read and do plan to keep reading this thread - it IS a wake-up to think that these skills we have all been honing are no longer of value in the world, and this trade / calling we have chosen and love might be evaporating. What clearly will not stop that evolution is the protestations that we have worked so hard to get to this point and we deserve a market for our offerings. Has anybody read "Who Moved My Cheese?"
