Functionality looks pretty nice for me. Simple, efficient and fast. Speed is a very important topic for sites like this. Perhaps a little suggestion. I used to build forms "dumb-proof" so I always have a message for eventual mistakes (even the incredible ones!)
i.e, when clicking Unselect All and there's nothing selected a warning window is fired. It's no so important, just my way.

Design? May be you won't believe me but sometimes it takes more time than programming! but I love that part.... playing with CSS and ultra-compressed images :)

And... believe me, I have a pretty good idea about web prog. nervous-burning can be. You must be proud. You're accomplishing a lot in a relative short time.
