Authorities in Russia give allegation that Russian people have about 50 000 000 000 US dollars in their mattresses, because nobody in Russia trust to Government. Somebody spreads rumors that US Goverment is going to change cash money. Can you imagin that will be in Russia in this case? Huge panic on a financial market! All people will carry their money to exchange on new (because in Russia we did it theree time last 15 years, and nobody can accept old money :(
