Thanks for the response Alejandro, you were pretty much right, something Basic (see earlier response).. I was bit once a long time ago by the SET FILTER slow response and overlooked it with the fact that one machine hit the server fine.. but the second machine really got bogged down. Totally discounted it. Thanks again.
