>In Russia we have a problem - monopoly of the one firm's software for accountants - so we do not need any more programmers. It is impossible to compete with this local software giant.

That's what a lot of people say about some US software companies:-). Little wonder Mr. Levy let the question stand. He works for the biggest software company in the world. I am glad they have an environment to let him and his team do all these wonderful things.

It would seem, that somewhere in the market there would be a small niche that would not need all the capacity of your "software" giant offers. Much of the custom develpment in the state results from a lack of solutions or an overstated solution (too many bells and whistles). A lot of mom and pop shops are good for our community. Why fish for tuna when you can catch sardines all day long!

It would seem the way to start would be to define that niche and go look for prospects that would use your system and politicians (or beaurocrats) that could offer advice on how to do it. Ownership is very important. It is important that you learn how(and are able) to apply for (and retain) a copyright. In the US, a mathmatical equation or method cannot be copyrighted. But a program implementing those methods can. Have you talked to a lawyer?
