Do you mean AVFP(ActiveVFP)? We use ASP and VFP mtdlls and it's free. AFP(Active Foxpro Pages) is slightly different - I believe it uses a version of foxisapi and no ASP and also costs something. As a matter of fact, if you could afford AFP, you probably could afford hosting.
One interesting thing with AVFP, I created an application called ASPvote with AVFP which allows a Poll to be placed on any page either locally or remotely(any ISP). This way the only thing the ISP needs to support is JavaScript. The Javascript calls the VFP mtdll running on your computer. It's probably worth a look...
