You haven't given match information within your question, but even so.
SEEK searches the current indexed table/.DBF for the first occurrence of a record whose index key expression matches a general expression.
I normally use LOCATE ,than I haven't any problems with indexation.
When you use ALL in the REPLACE command ALL the records that match
by your statement will be replaced!!
