Just to keep up to date on this: Debugging VFP COM works great on Windows 2000 pro and server and AVFP(see http://www.theproblemsolver.nl/aspdevelopmentanddebugging/index.htm), but, there is a problem on XP. If someone with XP wants to test a possible solution, please contact Maurice. Here's what he says on the subject:

"The AA functions don't work when running XP, try the AATest tool and it won't run either, and my solution is based on that. I have a possible workaround using the Windows ROT but so far haven't had the time to do much work with it. Basically that would mean the debug session would register itself in the Windows Running Object Table so the COM server can do a GetObject() to get a handle on it.

One thing is that I don't run XP myself so I can't test that anyway.
