MSDN Universal Subscription Downloads page, from the tree on the left, Developer Tools | Visual Studio 6.0. Choose an edition and language. The Professional edition is a smaller download (2 CDs) than the Enterprise (3 CDs). You'll also want Service Pack 5 and the MSDN Library since the current library can't be integrated into the older versions of VS.
