Well, it seemed to be turning into a p***ing contest...
All that really matters is that Blix's most recent statement is that Iraq's destruction of the Al Samoud 2s constitutes a "substantial measure of disarmament" while head inspector Mohammed ElBaradei told the council on Friday "In the past three weeks, possibly as a result of ever-increasing pressure by the international community, Iraq has been forthcoming in its cooperation."
For some reason, Blix's previous criticisms of Iraq seem to be preferred and these latest facts seem to be under- or even unreported, which should worry all of us.

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
