Once again, I don't know the answer <g>. But I found it too much trouble to use a report with a DataEnvironment. I think it is safer to create a cursor, and then run the report. Also, you can have several options if you do this: sort your cursor in different ways, set filter criteria (actually, use the WHERE clause with different alternatives).
For this to work, the report
should not have a single table in its DE.
