VFP OLE DB is not included in any version of MDAC and it's not available as download yet. VFP OLE DB provider is located on installation CD in program files\common files\system\ole db and it gets installed into C:\program files\common files\system\ole db directory with VFP8 installation. The latest available version is 8.0.0.2521.
