My company had VFP5 (stand alone) and VFP6 (that come with the Entreprise version of Visual Studio 6). So should my company go for the upgrade version of VFP8 or get the full version ?

What is the different between upgrade version of VFP8 and full version.
For upgrade version, is it that I need to had a previous version of VFP installed first before the upgrade will work, please clarify this issue.
