>>>Pardom me for saying this, but is a common sense here in Brazil that the whole Bush administration is a conspiracy, by itself, regarding international affairs.

>Any international affairs. The common perception is that the U.S. is fond of poking its nose into other people's business.

If you think 'poking its nose' includes international aid, then I would like to see what would happen to South America if the US would just pulled all its money and people home. Thus having no influence in your affairs or anyones.

The problem is Countries come to us for aid and with that comes several questions and concerns about the money and how it is spent. If you refer to that as 'Poking our nose in' then stop asking for aid.

I would love to pull all our money and people out of countries that do not want us around. If that will make them happy and a better place for their people to live.
