Did you ever solve this problem? One of my customers is getting this error whenever the file is on a Novell server but not on standalone machines. The response I got back from Crystal tech support indicated the CR is case sensitive when it comes to file names. So... maybe the path name that Crystal sees is the problem. We've not solved this problem yet.
