Just a thought,
If you are you quitting Word after each print out, try to keep it open till the program terminates printing all the pages.

The application creates an instance of Word, loads a Word type document, prints it, closes the document, then tells Word to quit. The problem I'm having is that everything works just fine except the Word print command.
