I JUST found a solution to my problem that had the exact same symptom (refer to Thread ID:
763880, Message ID:
764075 in the Chatter forum).
I have W2000, but the reference led me to look at the version of HHCtrl.ocx on my system (5.2.3735.1), and I saw that i have a newer version than on my other system (5.2.3735.0). I THINK it was installed w/an app i installed the other day (Stonefield Query, but I'm not sure that was the cause - I'm in contact w/them about it)...in any case, I wrote over the HHCtrl.ocx w/the earlier version, used ReGSRV32 to register it, and now i have help again...whew!
