This still did not help, the only thing I have notice is the folder is marked as ready only and if we try to change the folder from ready only to make it not read only, when we go back and look at this folder it still marked as ready only, but the files are not mark as ready only. I need help ASPA the client can not work and I have done all I can do, I have talked to the computer person and he has no Ideal what to do. Help

Just a thought. Might it be he's not using that folder. Try what you get if CD is not in drive.
