Hello

I need some help with the following:

I am trying to write code to use the ALT+S or ALT+W on key lable. The goal is to have the computer code do this without having a person there to press the keys. Do anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

*Note: I am trying to set to CodePage for a Database File, that is not a dbf. I can manual setup it up with codepage="1252", Windows-ANIS. But I need this done by the program running this process.
