Do not expect everyone in the world to consider this to be a benevolent act with humanitarian overtones. Not everyone shares the same viewpoint. What you (third person singular) consider right and just may appear the opposite to others.

I do not expect everyone in the world to approve. However, I do expect most Iraqi citizens will approve.

>Points of view differ for whatever reason. History is full of such events that disagreements have brought. We may be engaging in an act that will open Pandora’s Box, or this act may bring stability to the region. We can only go along for the ride and see what occurs immediately and in the long term.
