Thanks Rick for responding. Memory I agree with is short. I feel there is a dangling reference, I have a property defined for the form which contains the ref. to a page in the pgf. I am not setting it to null maybe that is the problem.

(That also assumes dedicated video memory - if the video chipset / board is borrowing memory, you need that much more!)
