Is it "right"? I don't know, i see it change to a gray shade, so I can tell it has focus, Should I see some thing else?

Never mind. I just took a look in IE6. If anything, I think IE6 works backwards. The login button appears very fuzzy when it has focus, sharp when not. At least in Moz the change is very distinct.
