Thanks for the suggestion Steve. I had origianly placed the WAIT WINDOWS to narrow down to subform. The method works as intended stepping through the code with the debugger thus the WAIT WINDOWS. Go figure.

I am going to just leave it as it is by trapping the prop in vars and resetting. This subform will be reworked soon when I convert to SQL. I have good comments in place just in case I get mad enough to go help out in Iraq before I get that down.
