Anyway, this has no sense at all. It is as if someone opposes to the theft prosecution just because it can be used with political motives. Laws and courts has *always* being used with some political intention.
The fact that this is a global court is specifically intended to trying to isolate the judgments from any particular local or regional power. Of course it is not full-proof, but it's better than leaving such acts against humankind as a whole to a justice court that can be somehow related to the people who is being prosecuted (in their favor or too much against them).
