Yes Ric,

If I select the "system" folder as the destination for that particular merge module, it does go in the correct place. It is odd because in IS Express, the default worked correctly. After an "upgrade" to full IS Dev 8, the default destination did not work (and my installs were failing on Win2000 and XP machines).
