Yes, I have been activated, I have downloaded from the subscriptions area and the product arrived 2 days ago.

All seemed to be just fine, and probably still is.
But I do wonder about the "receipt" that was e-mailed to me, showing the full price (I think, as it was about 3 times what I paid) and showing no mailing address.

On the other hand, I did go to their web site and it all looks legit and it does have mailing address.

All in all they were VERY helpful in doing payment non-PalPay because of international difficulties and have delivered EXACTLY as described in the e-Bay 'brochure'.
