In the December 2002 issue of FoxPro Advisor, there is a tip about the MS Text-to-Speech engine. I tried the o=CreateObject("Speech.VoiceText") in the command window but it didn't work.

I then download the TTS SDK51 from the MS site and installed it. The o=CreateObject("Speech.VoiceText") still didn't work, but the demos that came with the SDK did work.

How do I use the MS TTS engine in VFP?
