Hi Canh,

You might try Armadillo,

It's seems to be a very good packer and protector. You can download a trial version from http://www.siliconrealms.com. You'll need the professional version for VFP application, but in fact it will pack any EXE file. (professional version is arround $200)

It has some great features for creating activation keys, limited demo versions etc. They claim to be very secure.
