I have Office XP and the file is outlctl.dll, didn't have to download the control. I've found that this is called the OL View Control, and the object model reference is at http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?url=/downloads/sample.asp?url=/msdn-files/027/001/782/msdncompositedoc.xml
