Mar 3 - confirmation by sellar of submission for activation
Mar 4 - confirmation by MSDN of activation
Mar 6 - able to download from subscriber site
Mar 10 - received DVDs etc in a box.

All in all, went just as advertised.

Sounds like you should e-mail/call them (assuming same vendor of course).
