The source I suggested is not the final budget for 2003 for the United States. If we go to war with Iraq military spending could increase. Some numbers given suggest another 90 billion.

During the Johnson years our military budget was around 60% of the total. I think you have not understood the meaning of the pie chart. By the way if we run out of money we just print some more.
