West-wind uses DCOM, I believe, for COM based processing and not Foxisapi at all. You might want to check out VFP mtdlls from ASP or ASP.NET. I'm convinced these are the most scalable and fastest possible VFP web apps. See
http://www.activevfp.com. Calling from ASP is the same as calling from ISAPI since ASP.dll is just another ISAPI. Any difference at all would be miniscule...
