On W2K, the custom paper sizes is located in a different place. Open up your Printers dialog from the Start button. From there, select your printer, and then choose the File menu. Under the File menu, you should have Server properties and under that should be a Forms tab. It may take a mix of this Server Properties dialog, and the properties for your printer (Right click on printer, choose Properties).
