Forgive my ignorance, but what's a -t switch?
(by shortcut, I'm presuming you are refering to the windows shortcut to launch the app - nothing to do with VFP. Also it's currently compiled as .app, not .exe if that matters).

VFP will suppress the splash screen if run with a -t switch from the shortcut. Add that to the shortcut for your .exe and it should suppress it.
