It's working now but still dont know what was wrong(the sproc returned one record from sql client). I did not change a line of code and at same time I ran the sp from sql client with the same params as from the code and returned one record as expected. It could have been SET NOCOUNT but now I executed the sp from the code with both SET NOCOUNT ON\OFF and it worked.
