>As I said, we have monopoly of the one accountant system in Russia. But this system is a little big complicated, because it universal - for all type of business, so I can develop something a little bit easy, cheaper and easy using :) But to do it is getting complicated and complicated. Sometimes people give me order only because they know me personally or somebody gives me a recommendation :)

I see a prospective market here. It would seem, even in Russia's brand new adventure into capitalism, that the bottom line, even to a monopoly, is important. Somewhere in that organization there is a variable cost (like support or maintenance), that the company would prefer to have a fixed cost, in other words, another (seperate) enterprise would manage one aspect of the business at a fixed cost. Or there are projects related to their products that they would rather hire (then fire) outside expertise so that they wouldn't have to manage the disposition (relocate or fire) of internal employees when the project is complete. Any service that could reduce fixed or control variable costs would enhance their margins (higher profits, thus more value).

Could you partner with gray marketers (give them a percent of your business) to develop your customer base.

Can you work with foreign embassies to help you lobby to get the market to open up a little?

>About success stories - I don't know exactly what kind of stories I can tell and who will be interested in to listen them :)
It's a small step - but at least you have access to the UniversalThread and can discuss those issues. But somehere in Russia, some citizen must have come up with an idea that has made him sucessful, despite the politics and black market. It's seems like you have managed a modest success. Is there someone like you, that turned their modest successes into a profitable business?
