If you cannot wait for the new WinZipMgr, have a look on VFUG's April 2002 NewsLetter. You will find an .ocx (ZIP and UnZIP Files or Directories -- Sergei Dzjuba) and also a download from me, MkZip_ap.zip containing a .ppt, and a .prg doing simple operations with WinZip. Note that you must have a registered version of WinZip to manage it via its Command Line Add On.
Note also that this program is not very sophisticated, but is to run without any user intervention.

DO "MkZip.prg" WITH (zip file name), (files to add) [,(files to exclude)]
