Go to http://www.mctweedle.com and click the FoxTools link. I have 2 files there about CAs. One is sample code using a CA with various backends. The other, CA VCX Builder, will create a VCX of CAs for every table in a DBC, Oracle schema or SQL Server database. If you look at the builder PRG file, there is extensive comments at the top that you may find helpful.
