I am trying to build an asp.net application and having slight problems.


When I run a aspx application, the following characteristics always appear:

not all images appear
no text boxes appear
Hyperlinks appear looking like labels
the formatting of the page is lost

I have given web access to the folder used to hold the files. There are no problems with the virtual directory.

I am running Windows 2k

As you can probably gather, I am making the transition to the .net language.

Further to the above, this is a common problem with all ASP.net applications I have tried to run so far; including demos. This does suggest the ASP aspect isn't working. This is hopefully something pretty small that has been overlooked by me!

Anyone with any ideas.
