You would get the same result on a small result set. For example,

Your query 100*.95*.95  && 90.25 rounded to 90
My query 90

The bigger result gets the bigger will be difference between results returned.

Your query 1000*.95*.95  && 902.5 rounded to 903
My query 900 
Difference 3 records
